“Definitely recommend this hotel”
The front of this one- to two-story hotel faces the sole road that runs through the Sacred Valley of the Incas, from Pisac (near Cusco) west to Ollantaytambo (where one catches the train to Machu Picchu). This front part of the building houses the well-appointed reception area and lobby. Our rooms were in a separate wing which formed a manicured courtyard, well behind the entrance building, well away from any road noise. (Actually, the road did not seem that heavily traveled.) The rooms were of fair size and quite comfortable. The receptionists were friendly and polite, and spoke English perfectly. There seemed always to be a supply of coca tea in the lobby, which we drank freely to guard against altitude sickness.

“Beautiful Hotel”
My friends and I stayed here as part of our Gate 1 tour or Peru. Don't be fooled by this dusty town seemingly in the middle of nowhere. The hotel is beautiful with gorgeous picturesque grounds, clean and comfortable rooms. My friend's room even had a little balcony. Speaking only for myself, I liked this hotel the best out of all the hotels we stayed. Hotel is located within walking distance to the "downtown" area where my friends and I had walked to for dinner.

“Better than expected.”
We arrived mid morning and had no problem checking in. Pleasantly surprised with the room and the beautifully manicured gardens. The outside appearance doesn't do the inside justice. The service was very good, the food was average. I try to get hotels with breakfast buffet included to keep you going through the better portion of the day. Nelly at the desk was outstanding. My wife became ill while we were there (not due to the hotel, but still, beware the fried "weiners" )and we had a doctor to our door withing half and hour, taken to the clinic and returned in time for our Mapi trip.
