All Prices includes buffet breakfast, fruits or chocolates at room and are quoted in US Dollars.
- Our rates not include 18% sales tax (IGV). Sales tax only applies for Peruvians or foreigners with more than 60 consecutive days in Peru.
- Foreigners and Peruvians non-residents in Peru to avoid the application of this tax must present the original Passport and the Andean Immigration Card which indicates their stay is not more than 60 days in Peru.
- Children under 5 years old can share the room with their parents for free; otherwise they can request a triple room or an additional room.
- In the hotel we accept credit cards such as, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Dinners, also we accept traveler checks.

Transfer Service:
The hotel offers taxi service from airport to hotel or vice versa. For booking this service is important to send us the information of your flight 48 hours prior to your arrival. (Name of Airline, flight number and arrival time).

Terms & Conditions
- Once you make a reservation by our web-site, we proceed to send you the confirmation of the reserve by e-mail, or fax, with the hotel reservation code.
- The time limit to claim a refund is maximum 1 month after the arrival day.
- The reimbursement will be provided within 30 days of the client submitting a claim.
Penalties
- Any change in reservations must be requested 16 days prior the arrival, must be subject to the availability and a penalty of $ .25.00.
- For every cancellation made by the passenger, more than 16 days prior the arrival, must be subject to a penalty of $.25.00 for administrative expenses.
- For every cancellation made by the passenger, within the 15 days prior the arrival, must be subject to a penalty of the first night amount plus the US $ 25.00. In case that your reservation is only for one night, the cancellation penalty is 50% of reservation
- In the case that passenger don't arrive at the hotel (no show) at the reserved date, and haven't send a cancellation in advance, must loose the payment of all the nights reserved.
