• Foreigners and Peruvians non-residents in Peru to avoid the application of this tax must present the original Passport and the Andean Immigration Card which indicates their stay is not more than 60 days in Peru.

• For your on-line booking trough our web-site, we offer a free courtesy transport from airport to the hotel. Please note you should send us your flight information with more than 48 hours prior your arrival. (Airlines names, flight number and time of arrival).

Terms & Conditions

Once you make a reservation by our web-site, we proceed to send you the confirmation of the reserve by e-mail, or fax, with the hotel reservation code.
The time limit to claim a refund is maximum 1 month after the arrival day.
The reimbursement will be provided within 30 days of the client submitting a claim.

Penalties

Any change in reservations must be requested 16 days prior the arrival, must be subject to the availability and a penalty of $ .25.00.
For every cancellation made by the passenger, more than 16 days prior the arrival, must be subject to a penalty of $.25.00 for administrative expenses.
For every cancellation made by the passenger, within the 15 days prior the arrival, must be subject to a penalty of the first night amount plus the US $ 25.00. In case that your reservation is only for one night, the cancellation penalty is 50% of reservation
In the case that passenger don't arrive at the hotel (no show) at the reserved date, and haven't send a cancellation in advance, must loose the payment of all the nights reserved
